GrandRapidsPersonalTrainer.com offers a new model of personal fitness coaching and not the ‘make-you-cry-because-it’s-all-about-the-ratings’ style of impersonal training you’d find on so-called “reality” shows. And this definitely is NOT the too personal, sleazy variety of  ‘training’ (ahem) you’d find in late night movies on cable TV.

Instead, we apply our unique, professional coaching systems and proven strategies to virtually ensure your weight loss and fitness success.

In fact, we’re so certain that we can help you – even if you’ve failed miserably with all other approaches – that we offer the ONLY “Love It or It’s Free” guarantee you’ll find in personal training – at least on this side of the Mississippi.

Rather than have a bunch of fine-print legal mumbo-jumbo, in addition to the details listed on the Gift Card, the terms and conditions of our $100 Gift Card promotion are simple and straight-forward (the same way we like to do business):

• Gift Cards may be applied to any of our personalized weight loss, sports performance or nutrition coaching programs valued at $100 or more unless otherwise noted. (NOTE: Prices listed on our Services page are before applying Gift Card)
• Each Gift Card is uniquely coded and may only be used once. When scheduling services with us, please be sure to have your Gift Card handy. We’ll ask you a couple simple questions to be sure you’re not trying to pass a counterfeit card over on us
• If you received more than one gift card, only one discount may be applied per program, per calendar month. (But let’s say you received two gift cards and wanted to participate in two separate programs in the same month; you are welcome apply one card to each program.)
• If you’re dissatisfied with any aspect of our service – or the results of your training plan – and request a refund, you will be reimbursed in the same way you paid. Meaning, if you participate in a $400/month program and pay $300 with your Visa and $100 with a Gift Card, you will receive a $300 credit on your Visa and a $100 Gift Card in return.
• All participants (whether using a Gift Card or not) are required to complete our screening process before being fully accepted into the GrandRapidsPersonalTrainer.com “circle of trust.” We reserve the right to reject your application for any reason.
• Gift Cards do not have an expiration date, but scheduling is subject to availability.
• If ‘lean & mean’ just isn’t your thing, unused cards are transferable.  Feel free to re-gift ‘em to friends, family or co-workers (or use ‘em to scrape gum from the bottom of your shoe – they’re made of heavy-duty plastic.)
